Each lodge comes with a 99-year licence, giving long-term security and the freedom to enjoy your holiday home for decades to come.
Yes – Bluebell Park is open 12 months a year, so you can stay whenever you like and for as long as you like. (You must keep a permanent residential address elsewhere, in line with holiday-use planning rules.)
No. Bluebell Park is designated for holiday use only, so you cannot use your lodge as your only or main home. However, you are free to visit as often as you wish.
Ground rent is £4,500 per year, which includes the upkeep of the park, communal areas, landscaping and infrastructure.
Yes! Every lodge is built by Prestige Homeseeker, and owners are invited to their design studio and showground to personalise interiors, layouts, finishes and optional extras. You can also add outdoor upgrades such as decking by Mayfield.
Yes. Owners must have a permanent residential address elsewhere and will be asked to provide proof periodically. This is standard across all UK holiday lodge developments.
A transfer fee applies when selling your lodge to a third party or back to the park. No transfer fee applies when gifting your lodge to a family member.
We do not permit subletting at Bluebell Park, helping keep the park peaceful and community-focused. However, family and friends can stay as long as it is not for monetary gain.
Yes – well-behaved pets are welcome. The park and surrounding area have excellent walking routes.
Bluebell Park sits within the beautiful surroundings of Sumners Ponds, with lakes, walking routes and a popular café.
